The official prize money for ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2024 is confirmed, where as the winner will earn guaranteed share of $2.4m. The runner-up in the competition will earn share of $1.28m. The two losing teams in the Semi finals will earn share of $788k.
The four teams who could not advance to the semi finals after super 8 rounds each of the team will earn share $385k each. Teams that stands between ninth place to 12th each of that team will earn share $247k with extra prize awarded to each team upto $31.1k. The other teams who could not make it to the first round earn their share of prize money upto $225k each. The teams will also get $31,154 for each match they win in the competition but no money awarded in the semi finals and finals.
